Math Placement Guide
Students admitted to the University with ACT, SAT or AP scores, may be placed on the basis of those scores. Students admitted with scores have the option of taking ALEKS to try to place into a higher-level math course.
Students admitted without standardized test scores (test optional) and who have not received credit in any college level math course will be required to take ALEKS in order to determine their math placement.
